When an employee logs a call into our Care Centre, we look at their preferences regarding the demographics of the affiliate (Counsellor) that they would like to see and try to match it as close as possible, when possible. All our affiliates currently provide online counselling services as well as face-to-face as part of the covid-19 pandemic guidelines.
